Do you need experience to join?
Not at all! We offer Intro to Boxing classes for those who are new to the sport, and we’ll support you every step of the way from wrapping your hands, to a proper warm-up and dynamic stretching, and leading you through technique and a great workout!
What are the classes like?
For programming, we generally warm-up with skipping rope, followed by dynamic stretching and targeted exercises to further warm-up the muscles. Then we have drills focused on boxing technique (ex. heavy bag, partner drills), and we end with a core circuit.
Who usually attends classes?
Our classes are diverse and see students of all demographics, fitness levels, boxing experience. We accommodate everyone! Check out our media page for some in-class footage!
How do I book a free trial?
Head to the Memberships page, make an account through the Glofox portal, and claim your free trial credit! Then, head to the Class Schedule page and sign up for the class you’d like to try. If you have any questions or difficulty, feel free to call us or send an e-mail and we can help you out!
What do I need to bring?
We have gloves and handwraps available to rent/purchase so no worries if you don’t have any! You’ll definitely want to bring a refillable water bottle and some athletic clothes. Other than that, just bring yourself!
How do I get to the gym?
We’re located in the lower level of the complex at the southeast corner of Yonge & St. Clair, which is connected to the St. Clair subway station. If coming from the subway, take the platform exit on the south side. If coming from the street, you can find us via. the doors next to Pilot Coffee Roasters, under the Scotiabank building.
