Rope Skipping (3 Rounds): We kick off with three rounds of rope skipping to improve your coordination, footwork, and cardiovascular endurance. Skipping rope is an essential part of a boxer's warm-up routine, and it sets the stage for an energetic class.
Dynamic Warm-Up: Our dynamic warm-up focuses on mobilizing your joints and muscles. You'll engage in a series of exercises designed to increase blood flow, enhance flexibility, and prepare your body for the training ahead.
Shadow Boxing (Boxing Techniques): Step into the spotlight with shadow boxing! This is your chance to practice boxing techniques and footwork without a partner.
